Why are the demerger shares I received reflecting under my Demat Holdings but not in my Portfolio?

If the demerger shares are visible under your Demat Holdings but not in your Portfolio, you need to manually add the demerger entry to your ICICI Direct portfolio.

Through Old Website:

You can follow either of these two options to add the demerger shares manually:

A. Through Advanced Options

1. Login to ICICI Direct

2. Go to Portfolio. Click on Advance Options

3. Click on Add New Transaction Manual

4. Enter transaction details and click Submit

B. Through File Upload

1. Login to ICICI Direct

2. Go to Portfolio > Advance Options

3. Click Upload New Transaction

4. Download the demo file, fill transaction details, and upload
