How to Login to ICICI direct App if I don’t remember the password?
You can generate a new password by following the below steps:
- Go to the Login Page of ICICI Direct App
- Click on ‘Forgot Password’
- Mention your User Id, Date of Birth and PAN no.
- Enter the Captcha code visible on the screen
- Click on Generate OTP
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile no.
- Click on Submit.
- Now Enter a new password and click on Create Password.
Your new password is generated, now go to the mobile application and login with the new password. You will have to mandatorily reset the PIN after changing your password.
