Can I modify my Buyback application on ICICI Direct?

You can modify your buyback application as long as the it is in the ordered status.

Steps to modify your order:

Through Old Website:

a. Log in to ICICI Direct and navigate to the IPO module.

b. Go to the IPO Order Book and select your buyback order.

c. Click the Modify button to increase or decrease the quantity, then submit.

Through New Website:

a. Login to the website

b. Click on IPO

c. IPO Dashboard

d. Click on BuyBack

e. Click on Order Book

f. Select the Buyback Order that is still showing ordered status

g. Click the Modify button to increase or decrease quantity then click on submit

Please note: If your order status is executed, you can place a fresh order for additional quantity; provided you have sufficient shares available. However, you cannot reduce the quantity once the order has been executed.
