Why is the NRI client unable to login and getting FATCA error?
FATCA Process
1. Online – Pop-up will appear on login, enter TIN or functional equivalent details. Each country has a different TIN or functional equivalent of TIN. Please refer https://hrms.iseccorp.in/EHR/nri/RB/Account_Opening_Forms_and_Annexures/Country_Specific_Documents.pdf to know country and their respective TIN/FE. Please note online process is only valid for NRI customers who have a valid TIN/FE of their resident country.
2. Offline- In case, customer is a housewife, student, sea farer, or someone who does not have a TIN/FE. They will have to fill the offline form (https://hrms.iseccorp.in/EHR/nri/RB/Process/FATCA_offline_form.pdf)
