Can NRI customers trade in futures and options?

Yes, NRI clients can trade in Futures and Options (F&O) contracts on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), but they are not allowed to trade in derivative contracts on other exchanges like the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

NRIs can trade in F&O only through NRO non-PINS account.
