Will the shares automatically reflect in my ICICI Direct account post the transfer of shares?

Once the shares are transferred to your ICICI Bank Demat account, the shares will reflect in your ICICI Direct account under the “Deallocated” section in your Demat Holdings page.

To allocate them, follow the steps below:

1. Login → Stocks → Demat Holdings

2. Click  Allocate  → Select shares → Enter quantity → Submit

• App

1. Login → Demat Holdings

2. Tap Stock →  Allocate Quantity  → Select checkbox → Enter quantity → Allocate → Submit

Note that in case of unlisted stocks, the Stock Name may initially appear as  NA  in Demat until officially listed on the exchange.

Once listed, portfolio needs to be updated manually.
