How do I change my Address and Bank account details for demat?

You can request for the following through the below forms:

• Change in Correspondence Address - For Individuals
• Change in Correspondence Address - For Non-Individuals
• Change of Bank Details for receiving dividend
• Subscription/ Unsubscription/ Update Form for Mobile Alerts/ Statements

1. Change of Address

Proof of Address (To be taken for primary account holder):

Original Verified Documents (OVD) are acceptable:

• Identification Number (UID) (Aadhaar)
• Passport Number & Expiry date
• Voter ID Card
• Driving License & Expiry date
• NREGA Job Card
• Letter issued by NPR

2. Change of Bank Details:

Customers to update details of their Bank Account for Debit of demat charges and Credit of dividend, interest, IPO credits etc. For modifying the details in the demat account, customer to submit the attached Change in Bank Details Form.
