How Can I Unblock Online Access To My Trading Account

You can unblock online access to your trading account through either of the following methods:

A. Customer Care:

1. Call 022-41330668 from Registered Mobile Number.

2. Request for Unblocking Online Access of trading account.

B. Website:

Click here and follow the steps given below to raise a request to unblock your trading account online.

Step 01:- Enter your User ID or PAN no.

Step 02:- Enter the OTP sent on your registered mobile no

Step 03:- Complete the online IPV process by capturing your live photo

Your account will be unblocked within 24 working hours post completion of the online photo IPV process.

C. Visit to Your Nearest Branch:

1. Visit any ICICI Direct branch (Only select branches)

2. Fill a Form for Unfreezing / unblocking the online access of ICICI Direct trading Account

3. Provide OVD proof (Aadhar/Passport/Driving licence/Voters id/NREGA Job card/National population register)

4. Account will be activated post verification of the submitted documents
