If I carry my valuables outside my premises and the valuables are burgled on the way, is the burglary covered in Home Insurance policy?

Valuables outside home premises can be covered when carried as personal belonging subject to the add-on cover –‘Cover for specified articles (Valuable)’ is opted. The geographical limits for the same will be as agreed in the policy.
