Why did my Basket order get rejected in futures and options?

Orders can get rejected due to multiple reasons including insufficient margin, incorrect use of order type, Qty entered is more than maximum allowed qty by exchange, strike price not available for trading, etc.
Once you execute the order, the Basket order acknowledgement screen opens.

At the bottom of the screen, View order and Refresh button will be available.

Kindly click on refresh to see the status of all orders.
