What Happens If I Place A Gtt Order And Then Manually Square Off My Position In Futures And Options

If you manually square off your position, the GTT order gets cancelled automatically.

Example:

• You bought 1 lot of NIFTY Futures
• You placed a GTT Sell (Stop-Loss) at 22,300
• Later, you manually squared off the position at 22,450
• You forgot to cancel the GTT

The GTT order gets cancelled automatically.

To cancel the GTT order:

• Go to GTT Order Book
• Select the active GTT
• Click ‘Cancel’
