In a Basket Order under Futures and Options, what Is the Maximum Quantity I Can Place?

The maximum quantity you can place in a Basket Order depends on the exchange freeze quantity limit for that particular contract.

You cannot place more than the freeze quantity in a single order, but you can place multiple orders of the maximum allowed quantity within one basket.

Example (NIFTY)

• Maximum freeze quantity for NIFTY: 1,800 units per order
• You can add up to 50 orders in a single basket

How It Works:

• You can place:
  50 orders × 1,800 quantity each
• All these orders can be placed together using one basket order
• If you want to repeat the same basket:
  You can tap the “Clone” button to place the same set of orders again
