Can I do anything if any of my Fresh/Cover order gets part canceled by National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE)?

Yes. You can use "Quick Exit" link available against the Fresh order of such paired order(s) under the Order book & also available under Open position page for the position created, if any.
