What is Smart Beta or Factor ETFs?

Authorized Participants are large financial institutions like banks and brokers that can create or redeem ETF units directly with the AMC.

They help maintain liquidity in the market:

a. When ETF price is higher than NAV (premium) → APs sell units to increase supply and reduce price

b. When ETF price is lower than NAV (discount) → APs buy units to reduce supply and increase price
